No, you do not need to list all household members. In fact you do not need to list any other drivers; there is an unlisted driver excess applicable if an unlisted driver is involved in accident while driving your car. If you list any drivers the additional excess falls away and only the basic excess is payable.

You can decide whether or not you want to list people who drive your car. If you do not list them however, they will pay an additional excess on top of your selected basic excess, in the event of a claim.

Yes you have to pay the same excess that applies to your car, which is shown on your policy schedule, each time you make a claim for a windscreen. In some cases the cost of a windscreen can be less than the excess and no claim can be made.

When you apply for insurance, you can also choose to pay a higher premium and reduce your windscreen excess to a lower amount. If you purchase this option, you would pay the reduced excess when you have a windscreen claim, and not the same excess that applies to your car. Please read our PDS for full details.

A car is sometimes driven by numerous persons on different occasions. One driver will however use the car more often than the others. You must choose as the regular driver, the person who drives the car more than anyone else or most of the time. It is very important that you select the correct person as the regular driver of your car. It will affect your premium and the insurance cover as some drivers will not be covered for driving certain car models. It is also part of Your duty of disclosure to tell us immediately when the regular driver changes, even during the period of cover. If you supply the incorrect regular driver or fail to tell us when the regular driver changes, we may reduce or refuse your claim or cancel your policy as permitted by law.
