Youi is unable to provide cover in the following situations:

The policyholder does not have access to an online facility or has no valid email address
The premises is located in the Northern Territory
The policyholder or household member has an unspent criminal conviction relating to fraud, theft, dishonesty, arson or malicious damage
The premises or its contents have been damaged by an incident involving water run-off or inundation in the last 3 years.
If your personal profile falls outside our underwriting criteria for other reasons not already specified above.
