- How do I link my policy?
- Select the ‘link policy’ tab and follow the prompts, starting by entering your Youi policy number. If you don’t know your policy number, please call us on 13 YOUI (9684).
- How can I change my password?
- If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it, you can use the ‘forgot password’ button in the app and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
- How can I update my policy?
- To update your policy call us on 13 YOUI (9684) to speak to a member of our team.
- Do I get access to more rewards if I buy more policies?
- Once you get a policy with Youi, you get access to all the good things that YouiRewards has to offer, in the palm of your hand. Enjoy!
- Some of the offers I've seen promoted elsewhere are not showing up in my app. Why not?
- It could be for any of the following reasons:
- Offers are subject to change, so may have been advertised in the past but are no longer available.
- Some offers are only available on the latest version of the App. Please make sure you update the App regularly, so you don't miss out on any offers.
- Some of our partners’ offers have become temporarily unavailable or available online only due to the developing COVID-19 situation.
- How do I redeem an offer?
- You accept an offer and present the voucher in-store or online. These offers are available from the moment you link your policy. Please always check the individual offer terms and conditions for further details.
- Which devices do the Youi app support?
- The app supports both iOS and Android.
- I don't want to use the YouiRewards® app anymore. Should I delete it?
- Sure. If you change your mind, you can just reinstall the App and link your policy to begin accessing all the App features again.
- If I cancel my policy, can I still use YouiRewards®?
- To redeem offers in YouiRewards, you must have at least one active policy. However, if you cancel your policy, you will still have access to any eGift Cards that were purchased prior to cancelling that have not expired or been redeemed.
- I don’t have access to my Youi Wallet and I have unused eGift Cards. How do I access them?
- When you purchased the eGift Card you would have received an email with the eGift Card code. You can present that in store or online to use the remaining balance of the card. If you cannot find the email, please call us on 13 YOUI (9684).
