We are located on the shore of Lake Kawana on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
We encourage a casual dress code at Youi.
We are open between 7am-8pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-6pm Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday.
We pay fortnightly.
Yes, we offer 4 weeks induction training for all new employees. We also have world class leadership training programs.
We have a strong focus on succession planning for our future leaders as well as opportunities to progress into other areas of the business. Career coaching is available and HR will work with you to guide your career in the right direction for you.
The ways in which we reward and recognise our staff are many and varied. We have a strong culture of reward and recognition. Among other things, monthly we celebrate a ‘Youi Star’ from each department. We also have performance based pay incentives in many departments, including – Sales, Retention, Client Services and Claims.
For all of you coffee lovers out there, we have free coffee machines onsite and a number of cafés within the complex. We also have kitchen facilities onsite for all staff members.
