Ease of dealing with Youii. Chanae was more than helpful in setting up a new car policy. No mucking around, this was wrapped up in 10 mins and at a very competitive price.

Why isn't everyone in Australia using YOUI?? Once ahgain after renewing with YOUI my green slip, my car Insurance and my house contents, I have saved enough for a holiday!!! I am a pensioner and if you are a pensioner or a small income family you are sincerely MAD if you don't check YOUI out!!!! I wish I could do an advert for them because I am passionate about spreading the word!

Customer service probably can't get any better than this
Aside from the excellent and well-priced services, the customer service is exceptional and next level. It's pretty much a pleasure calling up to make a change or make a claim. Everyone is so positive and always prepared to help. It's the way insurance should be. Been with Youi for years, and I can say I've stuck with them because of their excellent customer service.
