We are Youi
Our values are our character, representing who we are and what we live by. They guide us, they define us, and they help us on our journey. They are not a list of rules or commandments - they’re something we believe in and are part of what makes us special. They help us know what is right, and give us confidence and clarity in our decisions.

We put people first
We understand that, as life progresses, your needs and priorities might change. That's why we've designed our award winning range of benefits to adapt and evolve with you, so you'll have the support and options available that work for you and your stage of your life.
We’re a pretty active bunch
At Youi, we're all about building connections and fostering a positive work culture. To make this happen, we have a team of dedicated "fun-makers" who create bi-monthly events to bring our people together and engage in activities that promote a sense of cohesion and wellbeing.
Out in the community
We’re committed to making a positive impact for our customers and the communities around us.
We do this by partnering with various charities and non-profit organisations to support the causes that matter to our people. From fundraising events to volunteering, we’re dedicated to getting out there, getting involved and making a real difference.
R U OK? Day

The application process
We believe that applying for a job should be smooth, straightforward and transparent. So we strive to make the application experience as stress-free as possible, while keeping you informed at every stage. Our goal is to ensure that every candidate has a positive experience with us, regardless of the outcome.
Applications are reviewed and screened against role criteria, which may include application form answers, resume, criminal history check and work rights confirmation.
This involves a short conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition specialists to assess multiple factors inherent to the role requirements and for us to share more about working at Youi.
Applicants attend a structured interview which may be conducted in person or online. This may be either a group interview or a panel interview.
At this point, all reference, police, bankruptcy, and work entitlement checks are conducted, along with some others as required for certain roles.
Our Talent Acquisition team provides every applicant with an outcome at each stage of the application process. If you’re unsuccessful, we’ll endeavor to provide feedback where possible.
