Professional and enthusiastic
Today I worked with Adam from Youi to move my home and contents across from a competitor. Adam was fabulous. He answered a lot of questions, he spent a lot of time making sure I understood all the terms and conditions as well as making good suggestions to save money. We have our car with Youi too. Great Customer Service
Have not yet had to make a claim, but our experience in dealing with Youi for home and contents insurance over the past 2 years has been excellent. Able to get through on the phone very quickly and spoke with a knowledgeable, friendly person based in Australia who was immediately able to answer a query. It felt like 'phone a friend'.

Talking to YOUI saved me $300+
Talking to YOUI was the best thing I could have done for my pocket when insuring my new motorbike. Their quote was approximately 1/3 less than the other 2 quotes I received for the same bike, including one from the dealer. When my other policies come due I will also compare those as well.

Comprehensive insurance for a motorbike was simple
Looking for comprehensive insurance for a motorbike, I remembered how competitive Youi was for CTP insurance on two other vehicles, so I gave them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could speak to a person (not just press buttons to choose menu items or wait listening to on-hold music). Jo was really helpful and within a reasonable time had taken enough details to give me a quote and email it to me. I asked for a bit of time to review the documents and then Jo rang back to see if everything was satisfactory. The premium was very competitive and I'm 100% pleased with the cover.

Very happy with Youi
Very happy with Youi ! I was due for comprehensive motorcycle & car insurance and noticed a major increase with my previous insurers premiums. I decided to check out other insurers and was blown away by how much better Youi was , the process was very simple and I bought the insurance on the spot. I also got quotes for my other vehicles and we switch to Youi as those policies get closer to be updated. Thanks Youi .
