Are you sure you no longer want a Youi account?

If you want to ditch your Youi account but still be able to access and manage your policies through our website using your existing online login details, then you might want to just remove the Youi App from your phone.

But if you're sure you don't want your Youi account, please read the following info about how it may affect your access to policies in future.

This action will:

  • Remove your ability to manage your policies online
  • Remove your ability to manage your policies through the Youi app
  • Require any claims, amendments or payments to be handled by phone
  • Require our assistance to set up an account again

This action will not:

  • Cancel any of your Youi policies
  • Unlink any policies you have
  • Remove any of your data/personal information relating to your Youi policies
