Fraud

If you suspect that any Youi staff member, service provider or client is behaving unethically and committing insurance fraud, please tell us about it. We are actively focusing on preventing scams before they happen and when you share information, it helps.

We are committed to ethical business practices, ensuring that the key elements of honesty and integrity remain at the forefront of all our actions. We do not tolerate dishonesty and fraud.

Fraud or scams may also come from external sources and can be presented in many forms. Keep an eye out for:

Suspicious emails or text messages with inconsistent spelling or suspicious content

Requests for personal details such as bank or card details, PIN numbers or passwords

Links sent via email or text that look suspicious and do not lead to a verified youi.com.au link

Phone calls where someone asks for details such as your card CCV or CVV or payment via gift card

At Youi, we may ask you for bank details but never via email.
