For the first time, Youi will proudly feature front and centre on the Brisbane Lions AFLW guernsey for the next five seasons!
Last year, we announced our extended partnership, making Youi the Lions’ Principal Partner through to 2029. As we approach the upcoming 2025 women’s season, we're thrilled to deepen our support for the AFLW and, by extension, the dedicated Lions supporters who bring such tremendous energy to every game.
Our commitment to giving back to the community and enhancing the fan experience continues with the expansion of the Youi Community Hill at Brighton Homes Arena during the AFLW season. This initiative will offer local footy clubs and community organisations valuable fundraising opportunities on match days, directly benefiting the communities – and the fans – that fuel the love of the game.
As we continue to build a significant presence in the Brisbane Lions AFLW team, the focus is on providing more support to current players and young women aspiring to an AFLW career. This includes Youi sponsoring both the junior mascot and ball delivery at every home game throughout 2025, helping to inspire the next generation of Lions fans and players.
Chief Marketing Officer, Angela Greenwood is thrilled the partnership supports the game at both levels while championing community initiatives.
“We are delighted that following our extension to Principal Partnership of the Brisbane Lions; our partnership now extends beyond the Men’s to the Women’s season,” Youi’s Chief of Marketing, Angela Greenwood said
“We can’t wait to see the team out on the oval this year, proudly wearing the Youi brand alongside the Lions logo for the first time – and for the next five seasons.
“We’re also incredibly proud to be working in partnership with the Lions to further evolve our role in the great game of AFL and support initiatives that make a real difference in the community.
“This includes the Youi Community Canteen based at Brighton Homes Arena, an initiative that helped raise over $85,000 of funding back into grassroots AFL clubs across the last two seasons and will continue to operate this season.” Greenwood said.
