These wins go to show that our commitment to awesome service continues to be appreciated by Aussie consumers, and in turn recognised by the finance industry’s leading comparison services like Canstar. Now in their seventh year, Canstar’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on how satisfied customers are with a particular financial institution or insurance provider.
For the 2025 home insurance awards, Canstar surveyed 5,432 consumers and assessed 50 different home insurance providers.1 On the car insurance side, 6,891 consumers were surveyed and 51 providers assessed, and for roadside assistance, 4,021 people were surveyed and an assessment made on 28 different providers.2 Keen to dive a bit deeper?
