At Youi, we’re dedicated to supporting programs that help young people develop into problem solvers, leaders, and innovators and we’re proud to announce Youi’s continued support as a Platinum Partner in the 2026 Generation Innovation (GI) Challenge.
As the next wave of young entrepreneurs prepare to bring their fresh ideas to the GI Challenge, Youi’s commitment to the program helps support the young individuals involved bridge the gap for their ideas from just that – an idea, to reality.
Dave Annesley, Youi’s Head of Marketing and Communications, commented on how proud we are to contribute to a program that is shaping the future generations of those based in Youi’s local community of the Sunshine Coast.
“We meet young people every year who surprise us with their ideas, passion and willingness to take on new and interesting challenges. Supporting the GI Challenge allows us to give back to the community and help these emerging entrepreneurs build a strong foundation enabling them to realise their full potential.”
The GI Challenge will kick off with the Official Launch on June 3, at Youi’s headquarters, followed by two bootcamps, pitch practice and the opportunity for finalists to create a professional video pitch with the GI team.
Pitch Night on 2 September will bring the community together to celebrate the top ventures and announce 2026’s deserving winner.
The GI Challenge is open to anyone aged 15 to 21 who lives in the Sunshine Coast or Noosa region and has a business idea they want support in bringing it to life with the support of excellent mentors and by being surrounded by other like-minded individuals.
